Ashley (Ash) has been teaching all over the world for the past 15 years including 10 years in India. Kris runs retreats around Australia and is a Yoga Therapist and Meditaion Teacher. Both Ash and Kris teach at Qi Yoga in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
