Over a long weekend we invite you to experience the magical power of the Earth and Ocean and re-connect to yourself, combining Surfing, Yoga and Meditation. Whether it is the physical challenge of learning to Surf, discovering openess and expansion with daily Yoga, soothing and centering the mind with Meditation techniques, or just taking a much needed time-out, this retreat is tailored to suit everyone’s needs. Nourish your Soul with exquisite, organic, lovingly prepared and nutritious cuisine, from our raw food chef, and nutrition expert Kath D-vine . Indulge the Senses within Nature, set in idyllic surroundings where national parks meet golden beaches and enjoy the company of like-minded people at our ocean front Peninsula House. Beginner surfers will be guided on daily lessons with our local, expert surf instructor Caspian O'donnell, whilst the more experienced will have the opportunity to discover breaks on their own in separate excursions with Dan. A 3-day SOS Retreat includes: • 3 professional 2 hour surf lessons for beginners (all equipment provided) • 2 daily yoga classes including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative • Daily meditation sessions • Nature Tours and Bush Treks • Gorgeous Beach front accommodation at our own private Peninsula House • 3 daily delicious and nutritious meals lovingly prepared by Kath from D-vine • 3 nights accommodation Twin share or Triple share • Daily Yoga, Meditation and self-development workshops • Plenty of free time to swim, snorkel, sunbathe, read, adventure out and relax!!
