2014 Mindful Yoga Retreat

"Hi Cora and Kris,

A big thank you for an amazing weekend. I didn’t expect to take so much away from it. Time spent with the two of you and the group taught me a great deal.

I’ve meditated every morning since and now it’s a daily habit. I can’t believe what a difference it is already making. I also used the weekend as springboard to a month off the booze which I’m enjoying also. I do this each year and the time seemed right to do it now.

You both conducted the workshop so effortlessly, it showed how much work you put into it before the weekend. I thought the group had a lovely vibe and energy and that’s a credit to the way you made everyone feel so welcomed and relaxed.

  • The retreat far exceeded my expectations.

  • The food was delicious (do you really have to ask?).

  • The classes and workshops made me greatly aware of the importance of being present and in my body instead of away with my thoughts.

  • Timetable worked well. Perhaps one more yoga class.

  • Free time was great, gave me a chance to read, relax and just be.
